The final performance of "John Brown's Body" has been rescheduled for Sunday, January 30th at the Boone County Historical Museum. The Boone County Historical Society, in association with the Maplewood Barn Players, present Stephen Vincent Benét's epic poem "John Brown's Body". As rendered through readers' theater, this Pulitzer Prize winning work weaves a heart rendering portrayal of the Civil War, as seen through the eyes of those who lived it. Directed by Byron Scott, some of the performers who will be participating in the event are Clyde Ruffin, Lee Wilkins Black, David Black, Ezio Moscatelli, Charlie Wilkerson, Brad Buchanan, Darryn Hellwege, Alli Beale, Leslie Durrant, Molly Dodge and Thunder Falcon. Much Thanks to our singers and accompanist Leslie Durrant. Our singers are Donna Walter, Elaine Vanderveer, Ryan Kirby, Brandi Beasley, Barb Boillot and Ron Sheeley.

MINI QUILL NOTES
Just when you thought I couldn't get much shorter, I've come out with an extension of my main site at Thunderquill, the Thunderquill Mini. Streamlined for use on mobile devices, it's presented with limited graphics and multiple links for good maneuverability. PAGE UPDATES- When viewing Thunderquill Mini's index, our page update stamp should be the first thing to load on most mobile devices, so you'll know right away when site has been updated.
SITE LINKS- For easier maneuverability for a cell phone, we've tried to format our site links for easy browsing. On the pages featuring thunderquill fiction, the Main Site Links are at both the top and the bottom of the pages. Longer stories like "Roses of Baby’s Breath" and "The Beckoning Within" have been broken up into passages with a Main Index Link, to make it easier for readers to leave and return to the page later. Thank you for your visit and I hope you enjoy your flight through the new Thunderquill Mini.
